With almost 10 years of service, Mr. Dotson plays a vital role in the daily operations of the campus, contributing across multiple areas including discipline, athletics, technology, and school-wide student support.
Known for his calm leadership and solutions-oriented mindset, Mr. Dotson is the go-to person for staff and students alike. Whether helping manage IT needs, supporting athletic events, or addressing student concerns, he ensures Worthing runs smoothly and efficiently. Ms. Brittany Jackson is a dynamic and dedicated leader at Worthing High School, currently serving as senior assistant principal in her seventh year on campus. Ms. Jackson is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for students both inside and outside the classroom. Mrs. Tammy Russell brings more than 20 years of educational experience to Worthing High School, where she is now in her second year serving as assistant principal. With a strong background across multiple grade levels, Mrs. Russell offers valuable expertise in instruction, leadership, and student support.
She oversees social studies, Art of Thinking, and fine arts, and plays a pivotal role in shaping the 9th-grade experience — often referred to as the life of the campus. Known for her firm but fair approach, Mrs. Russell holds students to high expectations and fosters a culture of accountability, respect, and personal growth.
Her dedication to building a strong foundation for incoming students helps set the tone for academic success and school pride throughout the year. Mrs. Russell is passionate about student development and creating a positive environment where excellence is the standard.
Ms. Antoinette Lige is in her second year at Worthing High School, where she serves as assistant principal with a focus on academic excellence and equitable student support. She oversees the English department, special populations, and key campus systems that support students' daily success, including transportation and accommodations.
Since joining Worthing, Ms. Lige has made a significant impact by strengthening the special populations department and enhancing services for diverse learners. She is deeply committed to ensuring that every student receives the tools and support they need to thrive.
